Alliance Business Suite 2.3 has been live in production since October 7. Version 2.3.3 brought everything from 2.3.0 through 2.3.2 to you in one step. Here's what it changes, and a first look at 2.4.

Connect the AI assistants you already use

  • AI assistants such as ChatGPT can connect to your workspace. They connect through your workspace's MCP server, using standard OAuth metadata and tokens issued for that server alone, so an assistant gets access to your workspace and nothing else.

Invite your team without the friction

  • Invitations don't get lost. If the invitation email can't be sent, the invitation is kept and you can resend it.
  • Invitations go to the right person. Only the person an invitation was sent to can answer it, and only the workspace that sent it can manage it.

A faster, steadier Studio

  • Studio does far less work in every open tab. It no longer redraws its layout over and over while you're signed in.
  • A missing page shows a friendly error page, not a blank one.

Your site and blog, working as they should

  • Every instance serves the Suite home page. The home page ships with the platform and appears once its interface is fully loaded.
  • Blog posts load again. We fixed the data lists on pages rendered on the server, which fixed the error on the blog posts page.
  • Public listings follow the same rules as their pages. Public blog and web page listings show only what's published.

A steadier production

  • A production database stability fix is now live on our portals. Our own sites run on it today, which is the best test we know.

For operators who run their own instance

  • Stage a new version next to the live one. Background work runs only on the instance you choose.
  • New instances install cleanly. Installation no longer fails at startup with an API versioning error.
  • Instances shut down on time. An instance stops within its shutdown time even while background work runs, and it still sends pending messages first.
  • The health checks dashboard is switched off for now. The health endpoints, including the database check, keep working.

Next up: 2.4, the commercial release

2.4 is about making ABS simple to buy and simple to license. It's not out yet, and what follows can still change before release.

  • Pricing pages and a simple checkout. Stripe and Mercado Pago connections are in test mode, and live Mercado Pago collection is coming right after the release.
  • Licensing in Studio and Nucleus Web.
  • System 1, a decision engine: AI agents and workflows ask it for a suggested outcome, approvers see that suggestion clearly labeled as AI advice in organizations that opt in, and every use is metered and can be switched off.
  • Credit and debit notes.
  • Order numbers in your own series, and orders placed straight from a quote you received.
  • Selling courses. Buying a course enrolls the buyer.
  • Banners you create in Studio and place on your site's pages and posts.
  • Invoice-number range health, so you know before a range runs out.
  • Archive notifications in your inbox, without deleting anything.
  • Every document keeps its own currency, and new workspaces choose theirs.
  • Approvals are always decided by a person.
  • Sign in by email, and stronger sign-in protection for accounts that use two-step verification.
  • A new look for Studio.

You run one ABS business from Nucleus Web today, with Studio when you need depth. Nucleus Desktop and Nucleus Mobile are coming.

ABS is our Business OS for the AI and superintelligence era, and each release moves it closer. We'll share the details of 2.4 here as it lands.
